1. About this app. GarageDay is an independent, unofficial companion app for new and used vehicle owners. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer named or referenced in the app. Model names are used only to describe compatibility.

2. Informational purposes only. Checklists, guides, settings explanations, and accessory suggestions are provided for general informational purposes based on publicly available information at the time of writing. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and are not a substitute for your vehicle's official owner's manual, your dealer, or the manufacturer's own guidance. Always verify anything safety-related directly with the manufacturer or an authorised service centre.

3. No warranty. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app, including decisions made about vehicle inspection, accessories, settings, or any dispute with a seller, dealer, or manufacturer.

5. Owner community content. Questions and replies posted in the owner community are user-generated content. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy of anything posted by other users. Do not rely on community answers for safety-critical decisions.

6. Your data. Personal details you provide (name, contact, vehicle details) are used to personalise the app. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics and anything you choose to post in the owner community may be visible to other users of the app. See the app's privacy information for more detail.

7. Images and trademarks. Vehicle images shown in the app (including the personalised car graphic on your dashboard) are original illustrations created for GarageDay — they are not photographs or artwork sourced from Tesla or any other manufacturer, and are not official product imagery. Vehicle model names, and any trademarks referenced in the app, remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. If a rights holder believes any content in the app infringes their trademark, copyright, or other rights, we will review the concern promptly and remove or modify the content if warranted.

8. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact. Questions about these terms, including intellectual property concerns, can be sent via the feedback option in the app.
